P/S oil pump

P/S oil pump removal

  1. 1
    Disconnect the P/S oil pump hose from the engine.
  2. 2
    Disconnect the steering pressure sensor connector.
  3. 3
    Remove the bolts shown and secure the P/S oil reservoir away from the engine.

    Loosen the pulley nut as shown.

    Remove the pulley.
  6. 6
    Remove the bolt shown.

    Remove the bolts shown and remove the P/S oil pump.

    Position the P/S oil pump away from the engine and secure it with wire.
