Distributor (continued)

    Install the distributor with the blade fit into the camshaft groove.
    Distributor being installed with its drive blade fitting into the camshaft groove; an arrow shows the insertion direction into the cylinder head.

    Hand tighten the distributor mounting bolt.

Intake manifold assembly

  1. 1
    Install a new gasket and the intake manifold. Hand tighten the bolts and nuts.

    Install the intake manifold stay.
    Tightening torque: 19-25 N·m {1.9-2.6 kgf·m, 14-18 ft·lbf}

    Tighten the bolts and nuts in two or three steps.
