Air Mix Wire Adjustment

  1. 1
    Set the temperature control lever to MAX COLD.
  2. 2
    Connect the air mix wire to the mix door link.
    Air mix wire connection to the mix door link on the heater unit. Labels: HEATER UNIT, CLIP, WIRE, MIX DOOR LINK. An inset at lower-right shows the wire/clip routing detail with an arrow indicating where to set the wire.
  3. 3
    Set the door to MAX COLD and clamp the wire into place.
  4. 4
    Verify that the temperature control lever moves its full stroke.
