ABS relay (continued)

    If not as specified, replace the ABS relay.

ABS relay (Motor relay)

    Measure the resistance between terminals (e) and (h) or between (a) and (h) of the ABS relay connector.
    ABS relay (motor relay) internal schematic with two relay coils and contacts, terminals labeled b, d, g, f, h, a, e, c around the relay. Below is the connector terminal layout (top row f, b; bottom row h, g, e, d, c, a) for the ABS relay connector.

    Check continuity between terminals (b) and (f).
  3. 3
    Apply 12V to terminals (g) (+) and (h) (−). Check for continuity between terminals (b) and (f).
  4. 4
    If not as specified, replace the ABS relay.
