STEP 1: Is ECM 1O terminal voltage OK?
No
Check for cause (page F2-141)
Yes

Is ECM 1L terminal voltage OK? (page F2-141) If it is, check A/C system ('95 MX-3 BETM). If it is not, replace ECM (page F2-141).
