Removal / Inspection / Installation

    Remove in the order shown in the figure.
    Exploded view of the VRIS components on the V6 intake manifold. Numbered balloon callouts 1-6 identify VRIS solenoid valve No.1 (1), VRIS solenoid valve No.2 (2), VRIS shutter valve actuators No.1 and No.2 (3), intake manifold (4), vacuum chamber (5) and check valve (6). Letter callouts A-D mark vacuum hose connection points. Tightening-torque note arrowed to the bolts.

    Install in the reverse order of removal.
