Removal / Installation

    Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. 2
    Remove the following: a. Front seats and rear seat cushion (Refer to page S-75, 76.) b. Front side trim (Refer to page S-65.) c. Quarter trim (Refer to page S-65.) d. Front and rear consoles (Refer to page S-61.)
  3. 3
    Remove as shown in the figure.
    Large exploded view of the cabin floor covering, showing the cabin carpet (callout 1) lifted off the floor pan with the shift lever opening, seat mounting holes and retaining screws/clips visible. The body sill is shown at lower right.
  4. 4
    Install in the reverse order of removal.
