    Disassemble in the order shown in the figure.
    Exploded view of the windshield wiper motor disassembly. Callout 1 (Wiper motor) is the motor body/armature at lower left; callout 2 (Brush plate holder) is the brush plate assembly in the center; callout 3 (Motor gear assembly) is the gear housing and gear at upper right, with the mounting bracket and screws at the bottom.

    Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
