Removal / Inspection / Installation

    Jack up the front of the vehicle and support it with safety stands.
  2. 2
    Remove in the order shown in the figure.
    Vehicle underside view of the front transverse member bolted across the bottom of the front subframe. Numbered balloon callouts: 1 (Bolts, torque 94-126 {9.5-12.9, 69-93}), 2 (Washers), 3 (Transverse member). Torque in N·m {kgf·m, ft·lbf}.

    Visually inspect each part and replace as necessary.
  4. 4
    Install in the reverse order of removal.
