    Disassemble in the order shown in the figure, referring to Disassembly Note.
    Exploded view of the front strut (shock absorber and spring) assembly. Left column shows the coil spring (8, SST) over the shock absorber (9). Right column shows, top to bottom: nut (1, SST, torque 79-109 {8.0-11.2, 58-81}), mounting block (2), thrust bearing (3), upper spring seat (4), rubber spring seat (5), dust cover (6) and bound stopper (7). Torque unit legend bottom-right: N·m {kgf·m, ft·lbf}.

    Visually inspect each part and replace as necessary.

    Assemble in the reverse order of removal, referring to Assembly Note.
