    Disassemble in the order shown in the figure, referring to Disassembly Note.
    Exploded view of the drive shaft assembly showing K8 DOHC left side (top), B6 DOHC left side (bottom), and a right-side detail in a circular callout. Numbered balloon callouts 1–10 identify components: boot band, stopper ring, outer ring, snap ring, tripod joint, band, dynamic damper, boot, ABS sensor rotor, and shaft and ball joint assembly. Several parts are labeled REPLACE, two are labeled DO NOT DISASSEMBLE, and the ABS sensor rotor (9) is marked SST.

    Inspect all parts and repair or replace as necessary.

    Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly, referring to Assembly Note.
