Step 5

  1. 1
    Disconnect the speaker connector.
    Illustration for Step 5: a speaker removed from its mounting with its connector disconnected. A multimeter set to ohms (Ω) probes the two speaker terminals to measure resistance.
  2. 2
    Measure the resistance between the terminals of the speaker.
  3. 3
    If correct, repair the wiring harness (Audio unit—Speaker).
  4. 4
    If not as specified, replace the speaker.
